Serving our wonderful state of Colorado for 20+ years, Vacant has a dedicated staff of estimators, office support, and specially trained crews. Estimates are provided within 24 hours after your appointment with us! Our Project Manager will be your single point of reference for scheduling, change orders, additions, information, and invoicing.
At Vacant Interiors, our in-house employees complete much of our work, as well as dedicated sub-contractors for high volume periods and specialty trades.
We are fully licensed and insured. This includes liability and worker’s compensation. We believe supporting our employees results in better work for you. Vacant is a local business completing hundreds of projects per year, with the majority being repeat clients and referrals. References are always available upon request. See our Testimonial page.
